I bumped into this book, and I'm so glad I did. It is so well written. The recipes are so easy to follow and it's a joy to look at. I'd recommend it to anyone who wants to prepare Vietnamese/Chinese dishes. I'm quite an experienced cook, but there seems to be plenty of dishes easy enough, no fail for a beginner too.
